Windy Point - Windy Flats Project-Washington

400 MW project using Siemens Power Generation 2.3 MW turbines.  Summit is assisting Cannon Power, the owner/developer, with this multi-phase project. 
Phase I, 136.6 MW, began commercial operation in October 2009.
Phase II, began commercial operation in December 2009.
Phase IIa, 59.8 MW, began commercial operation in January 2010.
Phase III will go on line in 2011.
